Offices

The Carlyle Group saw the full potential of the area and bought the cluster of classical buildings in order to transform them into attractive offices. One of the first decisions of the new owner was to open up the semi-secluded cluster by connecting the two streets of Nörregade and Larslejsstraede with a pedestrian passage. We decided to call the area and the new street The Skt. Petri Passage. The ambition is to make the Skt. Petri Passage an official address/street in Copenhagen.

The passage makes access to the different buildings easy and contributes to an intimate and personal feeling of the premises. There is a total of 30000-sqm offices space in the buildings and a total of 11 buildings with unique character and special features. The number of possible combinations are endless.
